A great follow-up to our inaugural 2024 Rose, with a similar blend of approximately 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Merlot, with all batches specifically sourced for Rose from our high-density block.
Meticulously handcrafted by the team, with each batch handled separately.
Fruit was hand-harvested, then hand-pressed via our very small basket press, with juice fermented in both oak and stainless steel, and batches blended just before bottling.
Only 150 dozen bottles made.
A deliciously fresh, fruity and flavoursome Rose, with typical strawberry and cream notes but a dry, savoury finish.
