Centare Chardonnay
Our inaugural 'Centare' Chardonnay is made as bright, fresh, fruity 'early release' style, with lifted citrus and white peach notes and only a hint of oaky complexity from fermentation and only four months maturation in the finest French puncheons.

Enjoy immediately, or cellar for a few years for added complexity.

Less than 2,000 bottles made, released October 2024.

Centare Rosé
The first Centare Vineyard foray into Rose, with a blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Merlot.

Meticulously handcrafted by the team, with each variety handled separately, fruit hand picked then hand pressed via our very small basket press, with juice fermenting in both oak and stainless steel.

Only 75 dozen bottles made.

A deliciously fresh, fruity and flavoursome, dry Rose, with typical strawberry and cream notes but a savoury finish.

Centare Cabernet Merlot Malbec
55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot and 15% Malbec for the inaugural blend of traditional, hero red varieties. 

An extremely harmonious and well balanced wine displaying bright red-fruit, a touch of tobacco and spicy oak.

Released early for immediate drinking, enjoyment will actually be enhanced by decanting and some time in the glass while young and equally, some bottle time in the cellar.

Aromas of ectl ripened red cherries, peony and just a luttle cedar lead onto the medium-bodied, detailed and beautifully balanced palate. Centare Shiraz Malbec

90% Shiraz with 10% Malbec.

An extremely delicious cool-climate Shiraz, with dark fruit berry fruits, chocolate and spice, with rich colour, flavour, tannin and enjoyment.

A beautifully balanced wine made for immediate enjoyment, but will soften and complex with a few years in the cellar.

Only 160 dozen bottles made.
